Exchange Eligibility
Products purchased from the Sahibjee online store or official retail outlets may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
- The original purchase invoice or order confirmation must be presented.
- The requested item must be available in stock.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are not eligible for exchange or refund unless received damaged or incorrect.
Customized, stitched, altered, or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchange requests for international orders are currently not available.
Product Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Sahibjee may offer:
- An exchange for another available product.
- A store credit (where applicable).
- Any other suitable resolution at Sahibjee's discretion.
If the replacement item has a higher value than the original purchase, the customer will be required to pay the price difference. If the replacement item has a lower value, Sahibjee may issue a store credit where applicable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
After verification, Sahibjee will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on the circumstances.
Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange:
- Contact our Customer Support team with your order number.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
For defective or incorrectly delivered products, Sahibjee will bear the return shipping cost where applicable.
For exchanges requested due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable exchange delivery charges.
Refund Policy
Sahibjee follows a No Refund Policy for all successfully delivered orders.
Refunds may only be approved under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been received.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons attributable to Sahibjee.
- Duplicate payment has been successfully verified.
- Other exceptional situations approved by Sahibjee management.
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been confirmed for processing or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the applicable Exchange Policy will apply.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, Sahibjee reserves the right to deduct any applicable payment gateway or banking transaction charges before processing the refund.
Right to Cancel Orders
Sahibjee reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order at its sole discretion. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock.
- Incorrect pricing or website error.
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to operational or logistical reasons.

We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, mobile device displays, photography lighting, and screen calibration.
Product descriptions include all available fabric pieces, accessories, and embellishments supplied with each product.
